Eliza Grace was born on March 15, 2006, at 26 weeks, 4 days, weighing 1 pound 4 ounces and measuring just 11.5 inches long. She is the light of my soul and this is the story of our life in the big city.

We're Back!

Waking up on Saba is the best thing ever! Sunshine, warm weather, an ocean view for 100 miles. You just can't beat it.

So what do we do on Saba? Well we see a lot of the local animals:

We wear our stylish hats when out visiting friends and family:

We check out the local restaurants to see which one offers the best coloring books:

We hang out with my cousins, Alma, Peter, the Johnson Cousins and of course Cerissa:

Visiting Nana Wilda's and picking her flowers is always fun too:

When the sand at our beach is no where to be found, the pool and hose will do:

Getting a bath in the kitchen sink is still fun each night, but it is getting to be a tight squeeze:

And there is nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the tree frogs and the beautiful smell of the Lady of the Night flowers outside of the window:

Welcome home! Eliza looks great and the pictures are making me hungry for mac-n-cheese lol!

I have one request - you have plenty of family members on Saba to snap pictures of the two of you together :)

Sarah ... yet another vacation with no photos of Eliza and me. :( The bane of single motherhood.
